I had the honor and privilege to work on a unique memorial project dedicated to the fallen YAMAM fighters who lost their lives in the battles of October 7th.

The YAMAM fighters were among the first responders who arrived to defend the citizens of Israel and establish a defensive line that prevented the terrorists from advancing toward the center of the country. This is where the project’s name was born: “First Line Defender.”

We chose to tell the stories of the fallen through a special series of caps, each featuring an aerial map of one of the battle zones. On each map, there is an embroidered patch, half perforated, marking the exact location where the fighter fell with a red dot. The colors selected for each cap were carefully chosen to reflect the personality and spirit of each individual fighter

Every cap includes a QR code leading to a digital fighter profile, allowing people to dive deeper into the stories of the fallen and to get to know who they were beyond their heroism. The caps will soon be available for purchase on the website. A portion of the proceeds will be donated by First.Line.Defender to organizations supporting the families of the fallen fighters.
